Job Description:

The Training Consultant will provide instructor led and web-enabled training on the functional aspects of the Netsuite. Participate in the instructional development process by testing/editing training materials, providing feedback regarding class flow, hands-on exercises, and knowledge checks.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver functional training to end-users, partners and employees via web and instructor led sessions.
- Learn all relevant aspects of current and new product rollouts to ensure ongoing improvement of product knowledge, training and presentation skills, and technical knowledge.
- Deliver client on-site training upon request.
Qualifications/Skills:

- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in training delivery for the software industry.
- Ideal candidate will also have strong ERP and accounting knowledge and/or strong CRM experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Very good communication skills in Russian and English are essential as you will work in international teams.
- Familiarity with XML, JavaScript, HTML, Crystal and SQL is a plus.
